Dinosaurs Lived Together With Men and They Aren’t All Extinct

We’ve all heard about dinos, and that they lived millions of years ago and ruled the earth. But there is much evidence that dinosaurs have actually lived together with humans.

What were the dinosaurs? Dinosaur comes from the Greek word dinosauria, which means “large or terrible lizard”. Most of them were huge, some even 15 m high, while some of them were as small as a chicken. They supposedly died out about 65 million years ago. There are various theories for their extinction, the most popular being the meteor impact theory. But none of the theories fits the facts. In the following, we will see that dinosaurs haven’t lived so long ago, in fact, some didn’t even die out!

Human tracks have been found in Russia and Arizona, and horse tracks in Uzbekistan alongside dinosaur tracks. This means that dinosaurs were living at the same time with humans. This would not have meant a great threat to people, because most dinosaurs were vegetarians and the carnivorous ones usually preyed on other dinos.

Dinosaur bones are exhibited in textbooks and museums as a proof of evolution. But none of their fossils show evolution. And their sudden extinction cannot be explained by the theory of evolution. Most dinosaurs probably died out because of the flood. There is no evidence that they lived 100 million years ago. DNA begins to decompose when an animal dies. After about 10,000 years, all the DNA in an organism would be gone. Some fragments of DNA were found in supposedly 80 million year-old dinosaur bones. This means that the dinosaur bones are only a couple of thousand years old.
There are dinosaurs alive today

Alligators, crocodiles, monitors (e.g. komodo dragon) all fit the description of dinosaurs as large lizards. There were many types of dinosaurs that were smaller than these reptiles today. Consider the komodo dragon (Varanus komodoensis), one of the largest and most fierce land-living reptiles alive today. It is about 3 m long, can outrun a human in short distances, eats deer, hogs, and can be dangerous for even a man.
The New Zealand Monster

plesiosaurIn 1977 a Japanese fishing ship caught a large animal carcass in its trawl net near New Zealand. The remains of this creature were hauled on board and examined. The huge monster had been dead for about a month and had started to decompose. It was measured, 5 photos of it were shot by a zoologist, and flipper samples taken. For fear of contaminating their fresh supply of fish, the Japanese threw the monster back into the sea. It was 10 m long, weighed 4000 pounds (1814 kg). Its neck was 1.5 m long, its head 45 cm, and the 4 flippers were 1 m in length.

When the ship got back, and the photos were developed, they puzzled scientists. No one could identify the animal. The flipper samples were analyzed and showed that the animal was similar to a fish, or reptile, but not to a mammal. Therefore it could not have been a whale or seal. Its neck was too long to be a fish. Some proposed that it was a shark, maybe a basking shark,  but its neck had vertebrae, which is not present in fish or sharks. Slowly, the idea that it was a plesiosaur (a seagoing dinosaur, a marine reptile) grew, since no other animal was found to agree with the data, especially the 4 identical flippers and its large size. Japanese scientists have agreed that it is probably a plesiosaur.

The New Zealand monster was front-page news for weeks in Japan. 58 Japanese, South Korean and Russian ships were sent into the area to recover the animal, but it has not been found. If it exists, the Loch Ness monster is probably a plesiosaur as well.

If the whole world knew that a dino was found, the theory of evolution would suffer a great defeat. Therefore, evolutionists try to call this monster simply an imagination—but the 5 photos and flipper samples disprove this—, or say it was a shark that somehow decomposed to remarkably resemble a dinosaur. Still, everything points to it being a plesiosaur.

For a more a detailed description and the article “What Was the New Zealand Monster?” originally published in Oceans magazine, November-December 1977, see The Story.

There are other reports of dinosaurs living today. These accounts are from scientists and eyewitnesses. For example reports about dinosaurs living in the swamps of Zaire are known for three centuries.

The ancient legends of dragons might be an indication that dinosaurs and men lived together. Almost every culture on earth has some great monster or dragon in its legends or fairy tales. The description of these dragons very much resemble that of  dinosaurs’.
Dinosaurs mentioned in the Bible

The Bible mentions two huge animals that might have been dinosaurs. One is Leviathan (Job 41:1) which lives in the sea and the other is Behemoth whose a tail is compared to a cedar tree and is described in Job 40:15-19:

Behold now behemoth, which I made with thee; he eateth grass as an ox. Lo now, his strength is in his loins, and his force is in the navel of his belly. He moveth his tail like a cedar: the sinews of his stones are wrapped together. His bones are as strong pieces of brass: his bones are like bars of iron.
